  • EnergyXhibit - Project Expo

    Rules

    Project Domain:

    Projects must be based on core Electrical and Electronics Engineering areas such as Power Systems, Renewable Energy, Power Electronics, Control Systems, Embedded Systems, EV Technology, etc.

    Originality:

    Projects must be original. Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.

    Abstract:

    Submit a 250–300 word abstract during registration.

    Presentation:

    • • 8–10 minutes presentation
    • • 3–5 minutes Q&A
    • • PPT or working model allowed
  • TraceBot - Line Follower

    Rules

    • No external help allowed.
    • Bot should not be brought from outside.
    • Participants must restart from the previous checkpoint.
    • If any problems occur, coordinators' decision will be final.

    Instructions

    • There will be two rounds.
    • In round one, there will be two trials and one final.
    • Five teams will be selected and proceed to round two.
    • In round two, there will be a different map.

    THEME

    RULES

    1. 5 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.
    2. PPT must be strictly related to the given theme.
    3. PPT should also be sent through email.
    4. Pen drives are not allowed.
    5. Participants must carry their College ID card.
    6. Participants should be present at the venue on time.
    7. Judges' decision will be final.

    • Submit the film via a download link (Google Drive).

    Photography Contest Rules

    Theme: Campus Life

    Participants must capture photographs that represent daily life, culture, emotions, activities, friendships, learning environment, and memorable moments inside the college campus.

    Eligibility:

    • • Open to all registered symposium participants
    • • Individual participation only

    Equipment Allowed:

    • • Mobile phones or DSLR/Mirrorless cameras
    • • No drones or external flash

    Time Limit:

    Photos must be captured only during the event duration.

    Photo Specifications:

    • • Format: JPG / JPEG / PNG
    • • Minimum resolution: 1920 × 1080 pixels
    • • Maximum file size: 5 MB

    Editing Rules:

    • • Basic adjustments only (brightness, contrast, crop, color correction)
